What’s included in the online weight loss coaching programme?
My tailored weight loss, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching programme is delivered via weekly one-to-one online sessions over the course of four weeks. In the programme you will get:
Weekly 30-minute one-to-one online meetings via Zoom.
A private online Food Diary to track your eating habits (alternatively you can use My Fitness Pal app), that both you and I will have access to.
Access to a private Food Planning sheet to manage and plan your weekly food intake and meals.
Healthy eating, nutrition, and lifestyle advice, based on knowledge and skills acquired through my comprehensive training and years of experience.

As a weight-loss coach, you were a good listener. You put to me questions in place of instructions, helped me with mindset options to effect change, and offers strategies specifically designed for me. I had to embrace new relationships with food, meal making and exercise. I always left my consultations with David, in a positive mood, with new tools or suggestions for the following week (2 x weeks). I now have a less addictive relationship with some food products, carbs, sweet things and bread. I'm pleased to say, I have now reached the goal weight we decided on. This isn't the end, there is still more work to do, to reach an ideal weight. However, the goal was to avoid being diagnosed with the use of insulin to manage the diabetes and that has been achieved. This emotional goal would not have been achieved without David's guidance and support.
David has been of great help in kick-starting my progress back to a healthy lifestyle. He has helped me to get back on track with eating properly and going back to the gym and walking. So far losing 1st and 4lb and am now back on the road to putting my Type 2 Diabetes into remission.
